In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. We provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

We have enabled Single Sign on for your convenience. When you are signed in to your rcaol account you don't need to sign in again to create a support request. Click 'Open a New Ticket' then click on 'Sign in with Azure' on the page that opens.
